Candidate Specification: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Global HR operations Job Description: Handling hires to retire operations for global locations. Conduct salary surveys, job evaluations, and review / update of salary structures, and activities required for conducting compensation benchmarking surveys. Determine recommended salary for jobs or positions based on evaluation of details provided by manager or HR Business Partner. Manage interview scheduling, conduct interviews, including assessments such as problem-solving assessment, job-specific assessment etc. Experience specific to Compensation administration for Global clients will be added advantage.
