Global Payroll Manager Job Responsibilities : 13 Years Experience in End-to-End Payroll delivery for Account Provide Leadership & Governance to Account Shared Service and Vendor management Drive Process rigor, business outcomes, customer experience, controls & compliance and forge strong partnership with stakeholders (Internal & external) Responsible for Staffing Programs ? ensuring the identification of right skillset, timely onboarding & training The role will also responsible to manage transformation journey across multiple clients (during Delivery cycle) keeping in mind the strategic and visionary business outcomes Responsible for collaborating cross-functional with stakeholders in HRO business process improvements aimed at simplification and accelerating cost savings, Enhance Employee Experience and effectiveness The role will be responsible to moving each of the delivery account towards Cognitive operations (combination of leveraging AI, Robotics, and Analytics effectively) Master at using critical thinking and problem Solving skills to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities Deep experience (Global Payroll Delivery + Transformation) in HR industry Expertise in HR intelligent operations, business analysis, business process re-engineering, and process diagramming and documentation Experience in workflow-based logic and the ability to understand and document a business process and conceptualize it as an automated solution Experience in leading large HRO Payroll Account delivery Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ? Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Visio (Access and Project a plus)
