Qualification: Any degree Job description: Possesses 6+ years of IT and consulting experience in US Healthcare Experience in health equity, designing and creating health equity models, processes for clients and utilizing technology to address the same Utilize healthcare specific data sets (Eg: claims data, members data and pharmacy data) to build predictive models for cost management, utilization optimization and member engagement Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable uncompliant deployment of AI solutions to regulatory requirements of U.S. healthcare payers Lead & manage end- to- end consulting projects focused on ML / AI/ Gen AI and data analytics for U.S. healthcare payers Hands-on expertise with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) components for clinical data translation or in PBM Strong understanding and expertise with FHIR Data repository servers (e.g.: Smile CDR, HAPI FHIR, etc.) Data integration experience and understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, JSON, XML, and RESTful API Experience with various health care standards, programming tools and development platforms
