Business Analyst Location ? Navi Mumbai Job Responsibilities : Candidate with 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in banking or financial services industry. Elicit business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops and surveys Analyze and document business requirements using industry standard techniques such as use cases, user stories and business process modeling. Gather, validate and document business requirement (BRD /FRD /use cases) Strong understanding of banking operations, products and services. Experience with business process improvement. Excellent communications, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques. Familiarity with JIRA, SQL, UML, Wireframe etc. Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are properly understood and implemented. Develop and maintain relationship with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers and IT teams. Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and propose solution. Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate business requirements and solutions. Ensure that all business requirements are properly tested and validated before implementation.
