Successfactor Officer Location:Mumbai Candidate Specification: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience as SuccessFactors Consultant or similar role. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration. Job Description : Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.) based on technical requirements. Customize workflows, templates, and business processes as needed. System integration support for Downstream feeds/flows/integration issues (Payroll , Benefits, Everbridge, HRDASHBOARD, FIN013, etc.) Collaboration & Coordination: Act as a bridge between HR and IT teams to align technical solutions with HR operational goals. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse system requirements. System Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain system performance and reliability. Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for HR and other stakeholders to maximize system usage. Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and technical specifications. Data Management & Reporting: Support HR teams in data migration, system updates, and reporting. Develop and optimize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards. Stay updated on industry best practices and SAP SuccessFactors developments. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules would be preferred. Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Boomi, CPI) would be preferred. Knowledge of HRIS and other ERP systems would be preferred.
