IT Presales ( Testing Services ) Candidates Specification: Job Description: 5-10+ years of experience in presales within Quality Assurance, Testing Services, or Quality Engineering. Extensive experience in developing and delivering testing proposals, including solution design, pricing, and commercial models. Strong expertise in testing tools and technologies across both functional and non-functional testing (e.g., test automation, performance testing, etc.). Deep understanding of engagement models such as T&M, Fixed Bid, and outcome-based pricing, as well as SLA-driven governance. Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills; ability to create high-quality decks and detailed documentation. Proven ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and manage proposal defenses confidently. Experience working with global teams and customers across different geographies is a plus. Extensive experience in independent testing services or quality engineering services within IT consulting and services organizations Provide detailed solutioning around functional and non-functional testing, automation frameworks, and tools such as Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, UFT, etc.
