Job description

Senior Manager Candidate Specification: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Disciplinary & Compliance Job Description: Develop disciplinary & ethics policies and procedures align with codes of conduct, local labor laws and regulations. Communicate and train managers and employees on policy adherence, legal implications and updates on policies and guidelines. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including HR, management, and legal teams, during disciplinary proceedings. Investigate allegations of misconduct, harassment, fraud, or unethical behaviour.
