Lead action-planning, process / project tracking and scheduling to ensure deadlines are met, and drive HR transformation efforts that yield high value within the organization. Build work flows and design processes that enable better adoption and enhance user (employee/manager) experience. Work collaboratively with managers/teams to ensure key process change activities are integrated into the overall HR function?s project plan.
