Build the HR function and ensure the HR requirements are taken care as per the business requirements Responsible for building a vibrant culture and work space that benefits the employee and the organisation in the long run. Responsible for end to end recruitment (IT and Non IT) Managing employee life cycle, employee motivation and acting as a bridge between the management and the employees. Assess employees, their training requirements and responsible for the appraisal process. Design, Implement and Monitor the performance management of employees with periodic review. Institute employee feedback program.
