Job description
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objective, content requirements Design and develop interactive and engaging learning content, instructor led training materials and so on. Utilize instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create effective learner-centric learning experiences Facilitate and deliver learning sessions, workshops, learning interventions using variety of learning methods (virtual/classroom/blended) Evaluate and assess effectiveness of learning programs through feedback to measure impact Build strong relationship with business stakeholders and HRBP to build a culture of learning Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development, and integrate innovative learning solutions into programs Collaborate with LMS team to track learning content and monitor participant progress Independently anchor flagship programs such as Manager Capability, Management Trainee and so on. Strong written and verbal communication with excellent presentation skills Self-starter with proven ability to collaborate and work across diverse stakeholders Ability to independently program managed programs with high levels of rigor Expertise in instructional design and storytelling Strong facilitation and presentation skills and ability to engage and inspire learners across levels Certifications in learning preferred Individual contributor role Exposure to Leadership development and Sales capability development
