Lead Candidate Specification: 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting. Job description: Support the financial statement and footnote preparation for 10-Q quarterly reporting, 10-K annual reporting. Coordinate and perform regulatory reporting. Support the preparation of quarterly MBFF and MLS filings for the mortgage bank. Provide ad-hoc reporting for state level compliance exams and filings. Maintain the SEC & financial reporting monthly and quarterly task tracker.
