Minimum 5+ years of experience in Card Operations Job Description: Handling investigation card-related disputes, detecting fraudulent activities, and ensuring that all involved parties comply with regulations. Continuously track and detect unusual patterns that may indicate potential fraud. Review transaction details, customer reports, records and Communicate customers the status of their disputes Analyse data and prepare detailed reports on investigations, including the outcome, findings, and recommendations for action. Process chargebacks in cases of disputes, ensuring that all regulatory timelines and card network rules are adhered to.
