To reduce the AT&C losses & minimize cost through various measures ? digitization, technologies, loss reduction techniques, management measures. Ensure maximizing operating efficiencies, timely meter reading, billing and enhancing business revenue & reduce operating cost for circle. To review and formulate commercial policies in line with the regulatory framework. Ensure Robust Grievance redressal & vigilance systems to curb corrupt practices improving customer satisfaction. Responsible for planning & execution of business goals and strategic initiatives for respective circle. Responsible for Talent development and retention in respective business function.
