US Mortgage Trainer - Chennai Candidate Expectations: Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills Excellent written & verbal English communication skills. Job Description: Must have training experience of handling small to large size batches. Train staff on the basics of US mortgage industry. Must be aware of and be able to train staff on compliance, regulatory standards and guidelines. Must have experience in training teams, transitions & operations management. Create Training content in PPT, Word, and E learning tools. Coordinate with various functions to for execution of training responsibilities.
