Senior associate/ Team Lead- Email Surveillance Location: Chennai Candidate Expectation Candidate must have 2+ years of experience into email surveillance. Candidate must be IELTS or TOEFL Expert Job Description Consistently deliver on the Service Level Metrics (Productivity, Accuracy, Timeliness, etc.), as defined for the process, so as to deliver Superior Customer Service. Must review email communications between financial advisor and end client as per the firm laid down policies All emails that require supervisory review needs to be escalated to the Complex Risk Officer who will follow up with the firm employee. To review the closed cases for appropriate closure codes as per firm policy The associate should be TOEFL/IELTS certified as mandated clients? Regulator. Strong communication and documentation skills (TOEFL/IELTS) as per client requirement Must be flexible with 06:30 AM IST - 04:30 PM shift
