UX Product Designer Work Location: Pan India Qualification: Any degree Work Mode: 4 days Work from Office Job description: Must have minimum 6+ Years of overall work experience Must have Technical background, specifically with respect to Ad Tech, Demand-Side Platform, Supply-Side Platform, Ad Operations, Programmatic Advertising, Campaign Management, Targeting and Retargeting An excellent online portfolio showcasing design artifacts, design processes with strong design acumen and articulate storytelling (Portfolio is a must) Should be able to Craft beautiful and efficient design artifacts of all sorts (user flows, interactive prototypes, site architectures, wireframes, data visualizations, etc.) Able to engage with product leaders to identify, scope, and prioritize design, Ux research, and documentation needs and activities Actively contribute to the maturation of our design system, design practices, agile methodology, and culture as we scale the human-centered design practice Should have proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools (Figma) and experience working in a componentized Figma Design System
