Job description
Junior Manager - Legal Job Purpose: We are looking for a Junior Manager - Legal to handle legal matters, compliance, and risk management. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal support on contract drafting, legal documentation, and compliance matters. Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and mitigate legal risks. Handle litigation cases, legal disputes, and risk assessment. Assist in legal due diligence and corporate governance. Collaborate with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies. Work with internal teams to ensure business operations comply with legal standards. Maintain records, legal databases, and case documentation. External & Internal Interactions: External: Interact with legal consultants, regulatory authorities, and government agencies. Internal: Coordinate with finance, compliance, HR, and other departments. Financial & Other Dimensions: Manage legal budgets and ensure cost-effective legal solutions. Support decision-making related to financial and legal risks. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM). Experience: Minimum 2+ Yrs experience in legal advisory, corporate law, or compliance.
