
Human Resources (HR) Specialist
Job description
Human Resources (HR) Specialist Candidate Expectations: Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.) Responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and payroll & leave management. Collect resource requirements from the business and source potential candidates, conduct the first level of screening to ensure fitment and interest, arrange technical interviews with managers, negotiate financial packages, close requirements, issue offer letters, and continuously track resource requirements and fulfilment. Follow up with selected candidates until they join and assist in onboarding, coordinate with other groups to ensure a pleasant onboarding experience, work with managers to ensure timely employee confirmations and appraisals, and manage an HR helpdesk to resolve all employee issues in collaboration with relevant managers. Negotiate compensation packages with candidates along with respective managers and close positions efficiently. Ensure all statutory compliance with respect to prevailing labour and other laws are fulfilled. Provide salary related inputs to Finance on time and ensure salary processing is done on the appointed day. Come up with programs and initiatives to keep employees motivated and engaged at all times.
