Job description
Service Manager - Battery/Energy Storage Industry Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant experience. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in service management, specifically within the battery or energy storage industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management and performance of service operations related to battery systems and energy storage. Ensure timely and efficient servicing of products, addressing technical issues and customer inquiries. Work closely with technical teams to provide solutions and improve service processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication. Monitor service quality, track performance metrics, and implement improvements. Train and support service staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards. Requirements: Solid understanding of battery systems and energy storage solutions. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
