Strategic Litigation Candidate Specification: 15+ years, LLB must, Age ? 35 to 40 years Job Description Exposure in Critical litigations, strategy impact, financial impact. Well versed in court procedures. Should have sound knowledge of Indian legal provision, regulations. Experience in Drafting, Legal Coordination, Research Work. Handling MIS, Coordination with external council. Ability to handle Litigation, Commercial, Contractual, Regulatory. Managing Legal due diligence, audit and transactional purpose.
