The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience and a passion for mentoring and training software professionals in backend development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka. Design and deliver structured course content, hands-on labs, and real-world projects. Provide mentorship, guidance, and code reviews for trainees. Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends. Assess trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects. Collaborate with technical teams to align training modules with real-world project requirements. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong expertise in Java (latest versions), Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka. Hands-on experience in backend development, REST APIs, and database integration. Prior experience in corporate training or mentoring software developers. Excellent communication, presentation, and technical coaching skills.
