Job description

Providing deep domain expertise in maritime and logistics operations, including freight forwarding, vessel operations, container management, and intermodal transport. Collaborating with IT teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for logistics solutions. Analyzing existing workflows and identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation. Assisting in the design and validation of system features Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitating training sessions Acting as a key advisor in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
