Job Title: Financial
Spreading – Senior Associate/Team Lead/ Assistant Manager
Location: Bangalore
Key
Responsibilities:
2-8 Years
experience in analysing and spreading the financial statements in Moody's
Risk Analyst (MRA) / Credit lens / client customized templates.
Analysis of
financial statements including Income statement, Balance Sheet & cash flow
of public & private companies for the credit appraisal process.
Calculating the
Adjusted Net Worth, Recurring Cash Flows, Annual Debt Service, Contingent
Liabilities, Custom Ratios and other financial metrics.
Screening the
credit agreements and analysing the financial covenants applicable to the
borrower Monitor Covenant compliance and reporting.
Qualification:-MBA
Finance/CA/ CFA/M.Com
Flexible working
in night shifts
