Maintain up-to-date provider files, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of credentialing applications. Knowledge of credentialing systems (e.g., CAQH, Verity, or proprietary software). Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including NCQA, URAC, CMS, and HIPAA. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
