execution: problem framing, flows/IA, wireframes, prototypes,
high-fidelity UI, handoff
Strong understanding of design
systems: component reuse, pattern thinking, tokens/styles,
documentation, governance
Strong migration UX capability:
mapping old ? new journeys, reducing friction, parity planning,
recovery/error states
Excellent communication
& presentation skills: clear storytelling, rationale,
trade-offs, stakeholder alignment
