Itom Developer Educational details: Any graduates ( Full Time ) Location: Pan India Job Description: Total Experience in ServiceNow development- 5+ Years. Experience with ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMP, Integration Hub, IRE) Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform in general and Integration tools Solid knowledge on CMDB & Service Mapping. Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery & IRE modules. Experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management, Orchestration, CMDB and Asset Management. Maintains and operates the ServiceNow ITOM based products (discovery, service mapping, configuration management, event management) Experience with ServiceNow CMDB design, architecture and implementations Hands on with ServiceNow integrations to AWS APIs, Azure, VMware, Puppet/Chef/Ansible, Containers/Docker, integration & automation expertise with 3rd parties.
