Job description
Windows (L1 / L2 Support) ? Hyderabad. Candidate Specification: 3+ years, Hybrid (3 days office ? must), Notice ? Immediate to 30 days. Job Description Experience in Windows Support and administration, Windows 10/11, Windows Server. Provide L1/L2 support for Windows-based desktops, laptops, and servers. Strong knowledge in networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users. Automate routine system administration tasks using PowerShell scripting to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Utilize JIRA and ServiceNow for incident tracking, service request management, and maintaining effective communication within the IT support team. Experience with SQL Server and managing database access permissions. Certification in Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or related certifications. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure and Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles for service management.
