Java Production Support ? Hyderabad Candidate Specification: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java Production Support Job Description : Proficient in Java (Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate) from support side Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with Linux/Unix shell scripting, Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) Proficient in L1 And L2 Support and handles the tickets routed Familiarity with production monitoring and log management tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK stack). Maintain documentation of support processes, solutions to recurring issues, and lessons learned. Troubleshoot Java-based applications, identify root causes, and resolve production issues promptly. Monitor and respond to production system alerts and incidents.
