Job description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating opportunities; Create Financial models perform due diligence, analyzing market trends and financial data to support strategic decision-making. Track renewables industry trends on various Central & State level tenders and C&I segment in terms of tariffs, over/under subscription, returns, offtake credit worthiness and technology mix. Stay abreast of latest renewable energy landscape by reading latest industry reports, competitor annual reports, attending key industry events etc. Carry out the detailed financial modelling from scratch, also conduct comprehensive financial analysis, and provide commercial insights including valuations, pro-forma financial modelling and risk assessment to evaluate feasibility of each renewable energy transaction. Prepare Model Inputs and collaborate with Finance team for running bid financial model for photovoltaic / hybrid (wind + Solar) / Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. Especially for different types of FDRE, RTC and Peak power tender constructs.? Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for renewable energy projects. ? Prepare the investment reports, presentations for management decision making as per the requirement of project. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on current and future projects. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting growth opportunities, market insights and impact on the business and progress towards expansion goals.
