Job description

Lead ? Design and Engineering (Wind & Solar) Location: Delhi Qualification Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Renewable Energy Engineering (Master?s preferred) Experience: 10?15 years in solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy system design and project optimization Key Responsibilities: Backend Development: Align design and engineering solutions with IPP business objectives for cost-effective and bankable projects. Ensure compliance with technical standards, grid codes, and regulatory requirements across multiple states. Evaluate latest technology trends (modules, inverters, wind turbines, storage, hybrid solutions) for cost and performance optimization. Manage and review wind & solar energy yield assessments using external consultants (PVsyst, WindPro, WAsP etc.). Assess design feasibility for hybrid (Solar+Wind+BESS/PSP) configurations Conduct and oversee power evacuation feasibility studies using external consultants. Utilize software like PVsyst, WindPro, HOMER, PSS?E, DigSILENT, ETAP for system simulations and feasibility studies. Individual contributor, Later will have his team working under him. Proven experience in energy yield modelling, power evacuation feasibility, and grid integration studies. Strong understanding of FDRE, RTC, and BESS integration in renewable energy systems. In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards (CERC, CEA, SERC), tender requirements (SECI/NTPC/State level) and Grid Codes.
