Job description
Candidate Specification: Minimum 15+ years of experience in Technical Delivery Management Job Description: Define project scope, timelines, and objectives, prepare detailed project plans and manage plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Provide guidance and oversight to development teams on technical decisions and ensure that the right technologies are chosen for the solution. Work closely with clients to ensure technical requirements are well understood and delivered on time. Co-ordinate between teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts and foster collaboration and ensure team alignment. Identify and risks that could delay delivery or impact quality and escalate & mitigate on time. Analyse and improve project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce risk. Support the professional development of team members by providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
