Define and execute our HR workstream implementation strategy. Strategize and lead HR analysts for Talent Management, Rewards/Recognitions/Benefits, Learning and Development, EXPAT Strategy, and HR Analytics. Design and implement the experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding process. Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package tailored for our talent. Design and implement culture-specific and technical training and onboarding programs for our talent, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values.
