
Executive Assistant to Chairman
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Chairman's Office. This role is a blend of Executive Secretary and Executive Assistant, with a key responsibility to manage and respond to high-level, sensitive communications on behalf of the Chairman. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to the Chairman?s email communications with tact, professionalism, and accuracy Draft responses and correspondence; ensure timely and appropriate follow-up Maintain and manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently Handle complex travel arrangements, including domestic and international itineraries Organize and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all activities Support in preparing reports, executive summaries, and documents as required Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant or Executive Secretary roles Strong verbal and written communication skills; command over language is a must Excellent organizational and time-management abilities High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and take initiative Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
