Senior Associate/Manager/Senior Manager ? IBM Maximo Location: Pan India Candidate Expectation Candidate should have 6+ years of experience working with IBM Maximo EAM or a similar enterprise asset management solution. Job Description Lead the implementation and configuration of IBM Maximo EAM solutions for clients, including customizing workflows, business rules, and user interfaces. Integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems such as ERP, SCADA, GIS, and CMMS to ensure seamless data flow and improved operational efficiency. Provide expert advice on Maximo best practices, including asset lifecycle management, work order management, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and reporting. Deliver training sessions for end users and provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues. Continuously analyze Maximo system performance and implement enhancements to improve speed, functionality, and user experience. Conduct system testing to validate configurations, document processes, and ensure alignment with business requirements. Lead or participate in project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations. Strong knowledge of Maximo's architecture, configuration, and integration with other systems. Experience with Maximo API, scripting, and reporting (BIRT, Cognos) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and offer solutions.
