Ops Manager ? Bangalore Candidate Expectations & Responsibilities : 10 years of professional experience 2+ years in a leadership/management position directly managing people and processing Worked in a live operations/time sensitive environment, i.e., call center, help desk, network/OTT operations Project & program management experience, ability to prioritize and assign tasks Experience in dealing with internal/external customers Operational rigor combined with excellent business acumen, problem solving, and analytical skills Tracking tasks/projects through completion and managing timelines, keeping stakeholders updated on status Strong knowledge and experience with live TV and live sports High diligence, excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot and document issues Excellent prioritization, time management, and collaboration skills Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to complete high priority tasks in a timely manner Maintain a high sense of urgency while staying cool under pressure Able to provide results within a given time limit Willing to night shifts (Must have) and Weekend working (On need basis)
