Job Description: 5-9 Years work experience in Demand planners should have a solid understanding of the retail industry, including supply chain dynamics, demand forecasting principles, and inventory management concepts. Proficiency in using forecasting and data analysis tools. Familiar with tools like Power BI, Excel, and other software used for forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis. Knowledge of JDA and Microsoft cloud database systems is beneficial. Effective communication, share insights, and align strategies for accurate forecasting and inventory management. open to learning new tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance forecast accuracy and continuously improve inventory decision-making processes. Flexibility to work in any shift as needed
