Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring the best talent is matched with the right opportunities. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines. Should have experience in Consulting Hiring experience. Hands on experience on Taleo and other recruitment tools would be an added advantage MBA ? HR would be preferred.
