Service Engineer Candidates Specification: Candidates must have done Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or an ITI ? Electrician, Fitter. Job Description Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience and must be from Electronics Industry Background. Candidates must be able to acknowledge receipt of the Products from Customers received for service. They should be able to trouble Shoot the problems reported by the customer and file the service report. Candidates must be able to repair the Product following the Repair Instructions/ Training inputs and test the repaired product for performance as per the repair instructions. Candidates must be able to pack the repaired product properly and make it ready for dispatch and maintaining proper service records for each product that is serviced in the service centre. Candidates must be visiting Customer Sites/ factories to attend to complaints in functioning of the product and operation of the product. Candidates must have good communication skills.
