Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Operations
Oversee the Pay & Bill process, ensuring timely and accurate
invoicing to clients and contractors.
Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate
payments.
Oversee and manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with
statutory requirements and accuracy of payments.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Lead and manage the preparation of management accounts, ensuring
accuracy and timely reporting.
Develop and maintain
strong internal controls and financial policies to safeguard assets and ensure
regulatory compliance.
Must Have skills
Accountancy
qualification, such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
Experience working in
a shared service centre or multinational environment, managing multi-entity and
multi-currency financial operations.
Should have Understanding
of European financial regulations and compliance requirements
