Software Testing - Technical Assurance
Job Location: Mumbai/Chennai
Job
Description:
Candidate with minimum 6+ years of experience in software
testing, including at least 2 years in a test lead or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.
Strong knowledge of banking and financial services domain
(mandatory).
Proficiency in manual and automation testing tools (e.g.,
Selenium, QTP, JMeter, etc.).
Experience with Application testing, Security frameworks,
infra knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English.
Experience in issue tracking and test management tools
(e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Demonstrated ability to track issues closely and follow up
diligently until resolution.
Proven experience in team management, people management, and
stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Japanese language proficiency is a plus
