Job description
Job Title: Transformation Manager (HRO)
Location: Chennai
Candidate Expectations:
Candidate with Minimum 10+
years of experience.
Leading the delivery of a
Transformation Program and management of project managers to deliver the agreed
objectives set out in the workstream Terms of Reference
Experience with global HRO
processes (payroll, recruitment, employee services, benefits, etc.).
Lean Six Sigma / RPA /
AI-related certifications is preferable
Assess and standardize HRO
processes for efficiency and compliance.
Lead automation and digital
enablement using RPA, workflows, and HR tech platforms.
Identify and deploy Agentic AI
use cases for HR operations.
Drive continuous improvement
and deliver value through cost savings, accuracy, and enhanced employee
experience.
