Job description
Job Title - Consumer
Lending - Lead/QA – Team Lead / Assistant Manager
Location – Pune
Candidate Expectation:
Candidate should have 4-12 years of relevant experience.
Experience in various banking
processes like Consumer lending, Retail banking, Collections, Credit Card
operations, payments etc. within back-office services
Demonstrated
experience analysing data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions.
Key roles and responsibility:
2-3 years of quality assurance, operations
and US banking experience.
Prior experience in US Consumer Lending and
BFSI Support Services.
Well versed with the roles and
responsibilities of a team lead and effectively manage fragmented process with
the US banking domain will be a plus.
Experience and understanding of various
banking processes like Consumer lending, collections, deposit, credit card
operations, payments etc. within back-office services.
Review transaction processed, data entry,
exception keying and other administrative duties to support day to day
operations
Experience to carry out moderately complex
work assignments. Identifies and escalates issues when appropriate and follows
all applicable local state and national laws and regulations surrounding the
domain requirements.
Review and manage work lists, internal
reports with work assigned daily for matters involving BFSI operations.
Expertise in banking domain to help protect members and keep the client within
compliance.
Maintain quality and production standards as
defined by business. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as
required.
Achieve the client defined & internal targets pertaining to productivity, quality, attendance, training etc.
Uses proficient knowledge to provide guidance in the design, assessment, implementation and/or administration of moderately complex programs, practices and policies.
Identifies and evaluates quality standards, measurements, and process improvements to ensure they are aligned with internal practices and regulatory requirements.
Encourages and motivates the team. Understands team members to delegate responsibly,

noncompliance reported in process management.

others, and effectively maintains them over time. Should be capable in gaging
concerns of individual at team level as well as process level.
