Job description
Lead hiring strategy and
execution for the GCC across mid- to senior-level roles.
Partner with global and regional
stakeholders to understand workforce plans and capability needs.
Build scalable hiring models for
shared services, CoE, and operational roles.
Manage external partners, search
firms, and RPO vendors.
Drive employer branding
initiatives for GCC talent markets.
Ensure compliance with local
labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Track and improve hiring metrics
(TAT, cost, quality of hire).
Build and mentor a
high-performing recruitment team.
Support workforce planning and
future capability building for the GCC.
Define and execute the GCC hiring
and talent strategy aligned with global expansion plans.
Act as a strategic advisor to
global leadership on talent availability, location strategy, and capability
building.
Oversee senior leadership hiring
for the GCC, including Directors and functional heads.
Establish robust TA governance,
metrics, and risk controls.
Lead employer branding and campus
/ lateral talent strategies.
Drive diversity, inclusion, and
leadership succession initiatives.
Manage budgets, vendor
partnerships, and TA transformation initiatives.
Build scalable TA operating
models for future GCC growth.
Strong exposure to non-IT hiring
across multiple functions and seniority levels.
Proven experience in setting up
or scaling GCCs from early to mature stages.
Strong business acumen and global
stakeholder management.
