Ast Manager - Chemistry

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory evaluations to ensure the quality of chemicals and raw materials
• Develop and implement effective chemical dosing parameters to optimize production processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
• Design and execute field trials to test new chemical formulations and dosing parameters
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve chemical dosing and laboratory operations
• Develop and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the chemical industry
• Strong knowledge of chemical dosing parameters and laboratory evaluations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
