Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
To work as
Manager Transitions for outsourcing engagements
To manage
internal / external client relationships during various stages of the
transition
Perform
due diligence, put together detailed transition plans and ensure successful
execution as per the timelines
Manage
multiple transitions at the same time.
Must Have skills
Experience in working for leading international BPO
is mandatory.
Should have good years of Transition experience.
Must have experience in BFSI sector
Must have transitioned >300 FTE from client.
Project Management Certification preferred
