Job description
Job Title: Ecommerce – Senior Associate/Team Lead/Assistant Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in content
creation and omni-channel marketing
Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Timely delivery of omni-channel content.
Consistency and quality of content across platforms.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across
digital and offline channels.
Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and adherence to
brand guidelines.
Collaborate with creative, media, and category teams for
seamless execution.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g.,
Google Analytics, social media insights).
Prepare reports on KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and
ROI.
Identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for
future campaigns.
Work closely with category marketing leads, creative teams,
and external agencies.
Support omni-channel initiatives and ensure alignment with
our strategy.
Stay updated on marketing best practices and emerging
trends.
Suggest innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness
and customer engagement.
Candidate should be flexible with any shifts.
