Job description
Job Title – Fraud & Chargeback - Associate /Senior Associate /Team Lead
Location - Mumbai
Candidate Expectation:
Relevant experience 2-8 years in Fraud Chargeback.
Candidates with
an immediate to 30‑day notice period are preferred.
Should be Flexible working in nightshift.
Key roles and responsibility:
As a credit card fraud investigator, your job is to investigate
transactions flagged as suspicious. You typically provide services for a bank
that issues credit cards or an investigative agency. Your duties include
assessing charges that may be fraudulent and contacting the client to obtain
additional information.
A card fraud/ dispute claims
analyst investigates customer disputes and resolves disputed transactions to
raise a chargeback request with the merchant
Evaluating
Disputes - to start with the transaction data and look for likely indicators of
fraud. Time stamps, location data, IP addresses, and other elements can be used
to prove whether the cardholder was involved in the transaction.
primary aim is to develop a keen eye for
detail and a solid understanding of the tools and techniques used in fraud
detection.
Deliver
on day-to-day production and accuracy targets.
Experience in Cards
dispute management operations.
