Engineering Project Manager

Location

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, cost, and schedule control, to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure effective project delivery.
• Manage and control project budgets, including budget planning, tracking, and reporting, to ensure financial discipline and accountability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary controls are in place to minimize potential impacts.
• Develop and implement site execution plans, including site health and safety (H&S) protocols, to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Manage and control project scope, including mechanical detail drawings, to ensure that all project deliverables are met.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs, including defect liability period (DLP), to ensure that project performance is optimized.
• Develop and implement risk management plans, including industrial machinery installation, to ensure that all project risks are identified and mitigated.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in engineering project management, with a focus on project delivery, site execution, and scope, cost, and schedule control.
• Strong background in engineering project management, including mechanical detail drawings, budget management, risk management, and site health and safety (H&S).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, including KPI monitoring and analytics.
