Job description
General Manager Sales
We are seeking an experienced General Manager Sales to lead our sales operations in Chengalpattu and Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing operations, sales analytics, and sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving sales efficiency, and implementing sales operation transformation.

Chengalpattu and Coimbatore
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead sales operations, including sales analytics, sales reporting, and sales planning
- Manage sales order processing and sales order management to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Transform sales operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Optimize sales operations to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales effectiveness initiatives to drive growth
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of experience in sales and marketing operations
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales efficiency
- Strong background in sales analytics, sales strategy, and sales reporting
- Experience in sales order processing and sales order management
- Ability to transform sales operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
