Job description
Job Title: AR German analyst – Senior Associate/Team Lead
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 5+ years of experience as an AR
Analyst in German Language.
Candidate should be proficient in English and German.
Good understanding of IFS ERP
German language expert AR - German expert with very good
knowledge in accounting and AR (Cash app, billing and helpdesk)
Downloading of Bank statements for all accounts from Share
Drive/Portal
Providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences
received to the collectors on the same day
Performing the regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing
Processing function
Perform Credit check as per process
Ensure that cash is applied only based on the defined
process without exceptions
Collate all remittances for the Cash/Wire/Cheque payments
received and apply to the correct invoice using Remittance Advice from
customers or related collectors
Reconcile orders to match customer books, including
validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or
refund
Providing details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all
collectors on a daily basis and follow up proactively to get details of
applications
Support query resolution via email
Candidate should be flexible with any shifts
